Set in a beautiful little village, we had afternoon tea that was gorgeous. The restaurant was warm and cosy and we had great service and welcome. Very friendly staff, happy to accommodate. Really pleased we found this place. Would definitely return. Thank you for accommodating us on a rainy Monday.
We had a lovely meal with friends the other evening. Tudor Farm House is our go to for a special meal and never disappoints. Well executed food combinations and beautifully presented. The little touches such as warm homemade bread, amuse-bouche, mango sorbet and petit fours with coffee really help make a memorable meal along with the attentive staff. Thank you once again for great food.
I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel has so much style, charm, and character — it truly feels like it deserves 4 stars instead of 3. The cleaning staff is amazing, everything was spotless every day. The products and details are out of this world, and the service, food, and cocktails are all top-notch (and beautifully presented!). It’s a bit on the pricey side, but worth every cent for the quality and atmosphere. The staff are incredibly charming and helpful, even when I struggled a bit with accents — they always went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Highly recommended!
Perfect boutique hotel. We ate vegetables and herbs from their own garden and said hello to the hens that laid our eggs. The service was super friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. Afternoon tea was served in the courtyard garden amongst the lavender and daisys to the the sound of the burbling fountain and chirping birds. Relaxed and pretty spot nestled in the Wye Valley. Highly recommend.
An incredible overnight stay at the Tudor Farmhouse! Staff were extremely polite and accommodating allowing us to access rooms earlier than expected which was a huge help for my friends and I, the rooms were immaculately cleaned and so comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was the main highlight with the farmhouse sourcing produce locally farmed where possible creating a unique dining experience with excellent food and drink. I very much plan to return in the future so I can explore more of The Forest of Dean and can't think of anywhere else I would rather stay!
Amazing place set in a grate location for being in the country side. Food was amazing and the room was brilliant. Our dog had all her own bed, bowls and towel ready on arrival she was treated just as good as us. Well worth a stay here.

I recently took my mum and partner to the Tudor Farmhouse, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. The hospitality, food, and atmosphere lacked nothing—every detail was spot on. A special thank you to the staff for being so gracious and even letting us take a sprig of rosemary home with us! It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make a place stand out. Highly recommended!
